La Crême is a modern French-inspired café specializing in crêpes, brunch cocktails, and elevated comfort food. We’re looking for friendly, reliable Servers who love hospitality, attention to detail, and creating memorable guest experiences.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys working with food, adhering to standards, and contributing to a seamless guest experience behind the scenes.

Responsibilities
- Prepare sweet and savory crêpes according to La Crême recipes and standards
- Operate crêpe griddles safely and efficiently
- Maintain consistency in portioning, appearance, and cook time
- Work closely with Expo and servers to ensure timely ticket flow
- Prep ingredients and restock station as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the crêpe station
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
Compensation
Servers are paid a tipped base wage. Total hourly earnings are guaranteed to meet or exceed Michigan's minimum wage ($13.73/hour) per pay period.
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and procedures consistently
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in a warm kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Flexibiliity for days we are open (Tues - Sunday), with availability to be scheduled on a Saturday at least once a month.
