Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Strong conflict resolution and mediation skills required

Ability to quickly identify and address operational and clinical issues

Solid understanding of nursing practice, standards, and applicable collective bargaining agreements

Serve as Off-Shift Patient Care Manager, supporting nursing staff across multiple units during the shift

Mediate and resolve conflicts between staff and patients as needed
