Responsibilities
- Escort patients between testing areas and exam rooms
- Perform basic ophthalmic and optometric testing after training
- Prepare patients for physician and optometrist examinations
- Enter patient information accurately
- Clean and stock testing rooms and equipment
- Provide outstanding customer service and compassionate patient care
- Work closely with providers and clinical staff to keep appointments running on schedule
Requirements
- No experience required—we will train the right candidate
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office
- Basic computer skills
- Customer service or medical office experience is a plus, but not required.
