Job Summary
Navigator Lines LLC is seeking one reliable, professional, and safety-focused OTR CDL-A Truck Driver for a full-time refrigerated freight position.
The selected driver will operate a well-maintained sleeper truck with an automatic transmission and refrigerated trailer. The truck is based in Hesperia, California, and the position includes over-the-road routes throughout the continental United States.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer with a refrigerated trailer
- Complete assigned pickups and deliveries on schedule
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logs, trip records, and transportation documents
- Follow all DOT, FMCSA, hours-of-service, and company safety requirements
- Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding pickups, deliveries, delays, and equipment concerns
- Monitor refrigerated freight temperatures when required
- Keep the truck clean and report maintenance issues promptly
- Handle freight and company equipment professionally and responsibly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Verifiable commercial driving experience
- OTR driving experience preferred
- Refrigerated freight experience preferred but not required
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Ability to pass required drug screening, MVR review, and insurance eligibility checks
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Available to start as soon as reasonably possible
