GE Transport is seeking experienced and safety-focused Class A CDL Drivers to join our team. This position involves the loading, transportation, and unloading of pneumatic trailers, including deliveries to mine sites and industrial locations.
At GE Transport, safety is our highest priority. All drivers are expected to operate in full compliance with FMCSA regulations, MSHA standards (where applicable), and all company safety policies.
- Per-load based pay structure
- Average weekly earnings: $1,500 – $2,000 (based on a 5-day work schedule)
Earnings may vary based on loads completed, routes, and performance

- Medical Insurance available after 60 days of employment
- Anniversary Pay (Vacation Bonus):
- After completion of 1 year of employment:
- Paid 40 hours at the employee’s current rate of pay
- After completion of 2 years of employment and each year thereafter:
- Paid 80 hours at the employee’s current rate of pay
Paid annually on the employee’s official hire date anniversary

Drivers are responsible for safely and efficiently:
- Loading, transporting, and unloading pneumatic trailers
- Performing thorough pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route inspections
- Maintaining accurate logs and required documentation
- Complying with all FMCSA regulations
- Adhering to all GE Transport safety policies and procedures
- Following mine-site rules, MSHA requirements, and site-specific hazard protocols when operating on mine property
Communicating professionally with dispatch, customers, mine personnel, and site safety representatives

Drivers operating on mine property must:
- Comply with MSHA Part 46 / Part 48 training requirements (as applicable to assigned site)
- Participate in required site orientations and safety briefings
- Follow mine radio communication procedures
- Adhere to haul road rules, speed limits, and site traffic controls
- Wear required PPE at all times while on mine property
Follow all blast notifications, restricted access zones, and emergency protocols

- Minimum 25 years of age
- Valid Class A CDL
- No automatic transmission restriction
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings
Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

This is a physically active position. Drivers must be able to:
- Safely enter and exit commercial vehicles multiple times daily
- Climb stairs and ladders regularly
- Push, pull, and/or drag a minimum of 40 pounds
- Stand on top of pneumatic trailers while utilizing required fall protection equipment
Load and unload pneumatic trailers (training provided)

Drivers must be capable of performing all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
All drivers must:
- Strictly comply with FMCSA regulations
- Follow GE Transport safety policies and procedures
- Wear required PPE at all times, including:
- Steel-toe or composite safety boots
- Hard hat (when required)
- Safety glasses
- High-visibility clothing
