We are seeking an Accounting Manager (Part-Time Hybrid )to provide critical oversight and process development for the company’s accounting functions, with the goal of dramatically improving efficiency and streamlining processes across the organization. This role is vital for providing the oversight needed to achieve these goals.
The Role & Key Focus Areas:
This Hybrid position is focused on both direct accounting functions and managing the system integration between Service Titan and QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
- Direct Accounting Duties: Execution of routine and non-routine journal entries, completion of month-end reconciliations, and active management of the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and payroll functions.
- Integration Management: Manage the accurate synchronization of data (e.g., invoices, payments, vendor bills) from Service Titan and Bill.com into QuickBooks Desktop. Assist with the implementation of Ply.
- Process Improvement: Partner with the CFO and executive team to streamline accounting processes, particularly around payroll and the implementation of a Purchase Order process in Service Titan.
- System Knowledge: Must be proficient in working within a QuickBooks Desktop environment hosted via Right Networks.
Qualifications:
- Required: Part-time availability, remote experience.
- Required: Deep, hands-on experience with Service Titan and QuickBooks Desktop.
- Familiarity with ADP Run is a plus.
- Demonstrated history of driving process improvement and managing data integrity between major accounting systems.
Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
