A Strong Total Compensation Package
Base compensation: $65,966–$84,446 annually

Opportunity Overview
As a Behavioral Health Provider, you will provide outpatient mental health services as part of an integrated, patient-centered healthcare team.
You'll work alongside medical, dental, and behavioral health professionals to help patients address mental health and psychosocial needs as part of their overall health.
What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient behavioral health assessment and treatment
- Develop patient-centered treatment plans
- Provide individual behavioral health services
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate follow-up care
- Collaborate with medical and dental providers
- Participate in integrated care planning and care coordination
- Document services in accordance with clinical and organizational standards
- Support patients from underserved and rural communities
- Help improve access to high-quality behavioral healthcare
Your Clinical Environment
This isn't a standalone behavioral health practice. You'll be part of a whole-person care, integrated health model designed to connect behavioral health with the rest of the patient's healthcare experience.
The main clinic includes:
- 14 exam rooms
- 10 private offices
- Medical services
- Dental services
- Behavioral health services
- Multidisciplinary providers and support staff
The result is a collaborative environment where providers can work together rather than treating behavioral health in isolation.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution for LCSW candidates
- Current LCSW license or eligibility for Colorado licensure
OR
- Current LPC license or eligibility for Colorado licensure
- Ability to meet Colorado licensure requirements
- Competency in outpatient mental health services
- Commitment to patient-centered care
Preferred
- Community health or FQHC experience
- Experience serving underserved populations
- Rural healthcare experience
- Experience working in an integrated behavioral health or multidisciplinary healthcare setting
