Vino Latte is looking for an exceptional leader to help guide the continued growth of our locally owned coffee shop, eatery, and wine boutique in Wausau.

General Manager (Full-Time)
Pay: $22–30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do:
Every day is different! You’ll be involved in nearly every aspect of our business, including:
- Leading and developing an outstanding team
- Creating employee schedules and helping with hiring and training
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Making coffee, espresso drinks, sandwiches, and assisting customers
- Ordering inventory and maintaining supplies
- Helping manage wine and retail inventory
- Planning and executing wine tastings and special events
- Maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food quality, and organization
- Assisting with marketing, promotions, and social media
- Problem-solving and helping our business continue to grow

Previous restaurant, coffee shop, retail, or hospitality management experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with proven leadership ability.
