Service Maintenance is seeking a reliable and motivated Day Porter to service the exterior areas of commercial properties near 67th Avenue & Thomas Road and surrounding areas. This is a route-based position that requires travel between multiple commercial properties throughout each shift using your own vehicle.
Schedule
- Approximately 33–35 hours per week with opportunities for additional hours
- Sunday through Friday (Saturday off)
- Daytime schedule
- Flexible start time, however, consistency and punctuality are required
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect assigned properties and identify areas requiring attention
- Take photos of property conditions and areas needing repair or follow-up
- Pick up trash and debris throughout commercial properties, including:
- Landscaping areas
- Parking lots
- Sidewalks and walkways
- Storefronts
- Behind buildings
- Dumpster enclosures and surrounding areas
- Empty exterior trash receptacles and replace liners
- Report maintenance, safety, vandalism, or property concerns to management
- Take completion photos using a company mobile application
- Ensure assigned properties remain clean, safe, and presentable throughout each service visit
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation available for every shift
- Ability to drive between assigned properties throughout the day
- Smartphone capable of downloading mobile applications, receiving work instructions, and taking clear photos
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Arizona summer temperatures
- Ability to walk properties for extended periods
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry up to 30 pounds
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
