This position offers an salary rate based on experience, along with commission opportunities for work personally brought into the company. Commission will be paid on completed projects secured through the employee’s direct efforts. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target construction companies, contractors, and project managers involved in concrete placement projects
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of our concrete pumping equipment and services
- Identify potential clients through market research, networking events, and industry contacts to expand the customer base
- Collaborate with project management teams to understand client requirements and recommend optimal solutions for their concrete pumping needs
- Provide pre-sales technical support by explaining product features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly and confidently
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and foster long-term relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical sales or business development within construction equipment or related industries
- Familiarity with pre-sales processes, product demos, and project management methodologies
- Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable solutions effectively
Pay: $1,600.00 - $2,400.00 per week
