About This Position
You will be at the forefront of our client acquisition and relationship management efforts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include speaking with potential clients, presenting our digital marketing solutions, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. You will be selling various products such as Website Design, Listing Services for various search platforms, Search Engine Optimization, and Directory/Citation services. You’ll spend time building strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored strategies that align with their business goals.
Weekly tasks for our Entry Level Sales Representatives include client engagement, following up on inquiries, conducting sales presentations, and managing a robust pipeline. Responsibilities
- Client Outreach: Engage potential customers through warm calls and follow-ups.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with current clients while identifying new business opportunities.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present solutions effectively, negotiate agreements, and close deals to maximize growth and customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with market trends and client needs.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our services and clearly communicate their benefits to potential clients.
- CRM Management: Track sales activities, maintain customer records, and report progress using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and performance tracking.
Qualifications / Expectations
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a sales related field preferred
- Proficiency in tools like Slack, Gmail, Zoho, and Google Calendar
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines required
- Experience with SEO or digital media preferred
