SenCura Home Care is urgently seeking professional Caregivers to join our dynamic team. Join us in providing excellent care to our Clients and make a significant impact in their lives! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Caregiving experience in home care or in facility settings and be capable of managing patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct patient care with thorough documentation of daily tasks.
- Perform rehabilitation exercises with the patient.
- Perform bed bath or shower with exceptional care and attention to detail.
- Prepare meals, ensuring patient dietary needs are met accurately and on time.
- Feed and hydrate patients.
- Collaborate effectively with family members in the household to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of Caregiving experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Dedication to patient care.
- Ability to pass a company drug screen and criminal background check.
