Lead Equipment Operator - Heavy Civil
Strong field leader needed to help drive heavy civil utility and excavation projects in the Meridian area.
This role may fit someone currently working as a Lead Operator, Foreman, Superintendent, or senior utility/excavation leader. Title is flexible for the right person.
What matters most is finding someone who leads by example, holds a high standard, understands heavy civil work deeply, and takes pride in building strong crews and successful projects.

- Reading plans, elevations, grades, and utility drawings
Equipment & Field Experience
The ideal candidate is highly competent around excavation operations and understands field execution at a high level, including:
- Excavators
- Dozers
- Loaders
- Grading and trenching operations
- Utility installation support
- Production planning and crew coordination

Pay: $28.00 - $54.00 per hour
