About the Role:
As a Guard at Alarmco, ALARM, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. Your primary objective will be to deter, detect, and respond to any security threats or incidents, ensuring a secure environment for employees and visitors alike. This position requires vigilance, quick decision-making, and effective communication to manage potential risks proactively. You will be responsible for monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting regular patrols, and enforcing company policies and procedures. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to a safe workplace that supports the company’s operational goals and reputation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Nevada Driver'ss License, with 3 year clean driving record
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening with zero tolerance regarding marijuana
Physical capability to perform patrol duties, including standing and walking for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.

Previous experience in security or law enforcement roles.

Familiarity with electronic security systems and alarm monitoring technology.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine and random patrols of assigned areas to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards.

Respond promptly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.

Enforce company policies and procedures, including visitor management and access control, to ensure compliance and safety.
