Requirements for the Receptionist
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone and email etiquette
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to learn multiple processes and manage priorities
- Reliable and committed to long-term career growth
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
Receptionist Responsibilities
- Manage all front office operations and serve as the first point of contact
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and office documentation
- Support daily administrative tasks and reporting
- Learn all aspects of the role with the goal of eventually taking over the position when the current employee retires
Pay, Schedule, and Benefits
- Starting pay: $19/hour
- Eligible for quarterly bonuses based on company goals
- Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week after training, with potential to grow into a full-time (40-hour) role
- Benefits available even at 30 hours per week
