Pay Rate:
- RN: $34–$40 per hour
- LPN: $29–$33 per hour

Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our nursing team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents while ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity
- Complete comprehensive assessments and monitor residents’ conditions, reporting changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality resident care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and other healthcare professionals
- Respond effectively to emergencies and changes in resident condition
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and quality improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support facility operations
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current, active Florida RN or LPN license
- CPR certification required
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
