Your Role & Impact As a vital member of our clinical team, you will directly shape and implement daily treatment plans for your patients. Your responsibilities will encompass executing intake procedures, screenings, patient assessments, goal planning, therapeutic counseling, and resource referrals. Core Requirements
● Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.
● Licensure & Certification: An active Certified Addiction Counselor (CAC) or Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) credential is preferred. Uncertified individuals must actively pursue and secure full certification within three years of hire, in compliance with state regulations.
● Skills: Superior interpersonal communication, strong multitasking capabilities, and a commitment to precise, thorough documentation.
● Dependability: Outstanding time management, reliability, and accountability.
Schedule & Work Hours This position requires early morning availability:
● Monday to Friday: 4:50 AM – 1:00 PM
● Saturday: 5:50 AM – 9:00 AM (scheduled on a rotational basis)
