Bighorn Holdings is actively looking to fill full-time positions working for a highly respected independent service provider for FedEx Ground that is growing and expanding into the Cape Girardeau area. We provide the delivery vehicle, paid training, uniforms, and all necessary equipment. Great pay, bonus structures, performance-based raises, and incentives! Weekly pay, with paid time off and health/dental/vision insurance options available. Routes will average over 100 stops per day.
Requirements:
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record
- Drivers must be at least 21 years of age
- Driving experience preferred with Class E endorsement
- Must be able to pass a Drug Test/DOT Physical Exam & Background Check
Responsibilities
- Arrive at the terminal to load and organize delivery vehicle
- Complete pre-trip inspection of fluid levels and truck performance
- Ensure safe delivery of all packages to the customer
- Ensure proper coding and documentation of all packages assigned to route
- Complete all pickups and handle customer interactions with professionalism
