Qualifications:
- Reliability and punctuality are a must - especially for our early morning shifts.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education preferred.
- A CDA, Head Teacher Certificate, CPR/First Aid certification, or relevant coursework in early childhood education is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in daily activities to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that support early childhood development.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress, offering support and intervention when needed.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s development.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain CPR/First Aid certifications.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and organized classroom atmosphere.
