Join Hueman as a Recruiter
Hueman is hiring a Recruiter to support the end-to-end recruitment process for one of our client partnerships. You’ll help connect candidates with meaningful opportunities while partnering closely with hiring managers, client leaders, and internal Hueman teams.
As a Recruiter, you’ll support the full hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, supporting offers, and helping create a positive experience from first conversation to onboarding.
If you’ve worked in an environment where you had to build relationships quickly, manage multiple priorities, and keep people informed, then you’ve done more of this job than you might think. We’ll teach you the rest.
Please note: This is a hybrid position based in Jacksonville, FL. Team members are expected to work in the office on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work from home on Tuesday and Friday.
Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience
