Waterfront Hospitality Group is seeking reliable and motivated AM / Swing Prep Cooks to join our growing team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in quality preparation, and want to be part of a strong culinary team, we’d love to meet you.
Starting pay is $19+ per hour, with opportunities for growth based on experience and performance.
What You’ll Do
As an AM / Swing Prep Cook, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the kitchen is set up for success. You will:
- Prepare ingredients and menu items to the chef’s exact specifications
- Set up and stock prep stations for daily service
- Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient prep area
- Ensure consistency, quality, and proper food handling standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred
- Strong understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
