Red River Steakhouse is seeking a Line Cook to join our culinary team. We are looking for a skilled individual who can prepare delicious, mouth-watering steaks and other grilled dishes to perfection.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality meats, seafood, and vegetables using a variety of grilling techniques
- Ensure that all dishes are cooked to perfection and meet the highest quality standards
- Follow recipes and plating instructions to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients
- Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to develop new menu items
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements:
- Knowledge of various grilling techniques and equipment- Must be able to use a Char broiler
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
