Bodify Functional Fitness is a results-driven group fitness studio dedicated to helping members build lasting strength — physically and mentally. We are seeking a motivated, professional Sales Associate who takes pride in delivering exceptional member experiences, drives measurable results, and contributes meaningfully to a thriving fitness community.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage prospective and current members, delivering a consistently welcoming and professional experience from first contact through long-term retention.
- Educate clients on fitness programs, class schedules, membership options, and current promotions with clarity and confidence.
- Conduct thorough studio tours that effectively communicate the value of our facilities, services, and community.
- Build and maintain meaningful member relationships that foster a sense of belonging and support long-term retention.
- Drive membership sales with a results-oriented approach, taking full ownership of individual performance goals.
- Assist in planning and executing studio events that engage current members and attract new ones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area and studio environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to hold oneself accountable to performance standards and take initiative without direct supervision.
- Genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and supporting others in achieving their health goals.
- Previous sales experience required; experience in the fitness or wellness industry is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with a diverse membership base.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable given the needs of our community.
