Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential and Vacation Rental Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of private homes and vacation properties to ensure a welcoming and hygienic environment for guests and residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and experience in various cleaning disciplines. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of residential and vacation rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas.
- Perform detailed cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and floor care.
- Handle laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures; ensure sanitation standards are met or exceeded.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored safely after use.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting guest privacy and addressing any special requests professionally.
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred.
- Experience with hotel housekeeping management or commercial cleaning is advantageous.
- Knowledge of housekeeper management practices or hospitality industry standards is a plus.
- Candidates should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team to ensure properties meet the highest standards of cleanliness for our clients’ comfort and safety.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
