Your Impact
As a Cath Lab Tech, you'll be an essential member of the cardiovascular team, supporting physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures that help save and improve lives. You'll utilize advanced technology, monitor patient safety, and contribute to exceptional clinical outcomes in a dynamic Cath Lab setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the Cath Lab and ensure all equipment is ready for procedures.
- Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and interventional cases.
- Operate specialized cardiovascular imaging and monitoring equipment.
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and communicate critical findings.
- Support patient preparation, education, and post-procedure recovery.
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Follow radiation safety and infection prevention protocols.
- Assist with equipment maintenance, quality initiatives, and departmental excellence.
Qualifications
Required:
- 1-2 years of Cath Lab or cardiovascular diagnostic experience
One of the following credentials:
- Cardiovascular Technologist (CVT)
- Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
- Registered Nurse (RN)
