Overview:
Expenditure Management is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst II to support our firm's Supplier Onboarding and Supplier Enablement strategies. The Expenditure Management team sits at the heart of our organization’s financial operations, ensuring every dollar spent is accurate, accountable, and aligned with our strategic goals. We oversee the full lifecycle of company expenditures - from vendor onboarding and invoice processing to compliance, reporting, and continuous process improvement. Our work directly supports operational efficiency, strengthens financial integrity, and empowers teams across the business to make informed, responsible spending decisions.
The Financial Analyst II within Expenditure Management will support the development and execution of supplier onboarding and enablement strategies. This role is responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to improve supplier processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support informed decision-making. The analyst will partner cross-functionally to optimize supplier setup, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Supplier Onboarding & Enablement-
Support and enhance supplier onboarding processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and a positive supplier experience

Assist in developing and implementing supplier enablement strategies, tools, and best practices
Data Analysis & Reporting-
Analyze supplier and expenditure data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as onboarding cycle time, supplier adoption, and compliance metrics

Provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making
Systems & Tools Support-
Assist with system enhancements, testing, and implementation efforts
What you'll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 3+ years prior experience in financial analysis, supplier management, or related area
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to analyze problems and recommend solutions for a broad spectrum of business improvement opportunities in a clear and concise manner

Prior experience with enterprise financial management tools a plus: Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Coupa
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau a plus
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week.
