All Seasons Lawn and Landscaping is looking for an experienced Lawn Maintenance/Irrigation Supervisor to join our growing award-winning team. This position will be responsible for supervising up to 5 crews and all the maintenance/irrigation for the properties within their territories. A successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Lawn Maintenance and irrigation, strong customer service, and the desire to be a part of the All Seasons Family.
Job Duties:
· Manage all maintenance and irrigation work at multiple properties to ensure the highest quality of work is being done within the scope of the customer contract.
· Train crews on how to use equipment and work safely.
· Communicate the scope of work to the crew for each property, keep them updated on any changes or issues.
· Identify any issues, extra work required at your assigned properties and communicate with the office and property manager.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, property managers and crew members.
Skills Required:
· Experience supervising and training multiple crews.
· Knowledge of lawn maintenance equipment.
· Knowledge of irrigation seasonal maintenance, installation and repair.
· Knowledge of tree shrub and grass health, fertilization and installation.
· Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
· Excellent customer service
