Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Paid Travel Between Patients
Are you an experienced CNA who enjoys working one-on-one with patients rather than rushing from room to room? Join our growing home health team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients throughout the Denver metro area.
This position consists of short, intermittent home visits—typically 1 to 2 hours per visit—providing personal care and assistance that allows patients to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
Observe and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse.
Document visits accurately and promptly.
Build positive, professional relationships with patients and families.
Travel between patients' homes throughout your assigned service area.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in being dependable, and understands that continuity of care is important to our patients.
Current Colorado CNA certification in good standing.
Previous home health or caregiving experience preferred.
Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
Ability to work independently while remaining part of a collaborative healthcare team.
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. While we work with your availability whenever possible, our patients depend on consistency. Once a regular schedule is established, we ask our caregivers to maintain those days and times so patients can count on seeing a familiar face each week.
