Position: Registered Nurse – Oncology | Chemotherapy Treatment
Location: Boston, MA
Contract: 26 weeks with possible extension
Schedule: 10-Hour Days
Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
NOTE: High chance to get a response within 24-48 hrs
Travel pay: $2850-$3200/week (including non-taxable stipends)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced registered nurse in oncology for a chemotherapy treatment position in an ambulatory setting. The RN will provide chemotherapy treatment to adult oncology patients in a specialized treatment area.
Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or holidays.
Key Responsibilities nay be includes but not limited to:
- Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments to adult patients.
- Provide safe, patient-centered care in an ambulatory oncology setting.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy administration.
- Assess patients and monitor for treatment-related reactions and complications.
- Follow chemotherapy safety protocols and facility policies.
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN License – Required at time of submission
- Chemo Certification – Required
- 2+ years of oncology nursing experience – Required
- Previous chemotherapy administration experience – Required
- Ambulatory oncology/treatment setting experience – Required
- Experience caring for adult oncology patients.
- Two professional references required
- Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
Pay: $2,850.00 - $3,200.00 per week
