Travel Pay Rate: $2362 weekly ($31/hr w2 + $1246/week Stipend)
Local Pay Rate: $58.5/Hr on w2

Job Description:
Registered Nurse – MS/Tele position in Maryville, IL for a 13-week contract, starting 09/14/2026. Night shift 3x12s (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with a 1:5–7 patient ratio. Requires 2 years of Med/Surg/Telemetry RN experience and BLS. Nurses will care for adult/geriatric patients with medical, telemetry, renal, respiratory, neurological, and post-surgical conditions. Floating to other Med/Surg units is required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide care to adult and geriatric Med/Surg and Telemetry patients.
- Monitor telemetry and interpret/manage dysrhythmias.
- Care for patients with CVA, diabetes, renal disease, COPD, pneumonia, cellulitis, COVID, and post-surgical conditions.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, insulin protocols, heparin, and blood products.
- Manage PICCs, peripheral IVs, feeding tubes, colostomies, chest tubes, surgical drains, and wound vacs.
- Perform phlebotomy and pre/post-hemodialysis care.
- Provide pre/post-neurosurgery and orthopedic care, including total joint replacements.
- Respond to rapid response/code situations and follow isolation precautions.
- Float to other Med/Surg units as required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of RN experience in Med/Surg/Telemetry.
- BLS required.
- Illinois state RN license.
- Experience with Telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, IV therapy, blood products, PICC lines, phlebotomy, wound care, and chest tubes.
- Experience with renal failure/hemodialysis, IV insulin protocols, feeding tubes, surgical drains, and post-surgical patients.
