- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- MBA degree.
- 2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
As the Ads and Cloud, Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be the primary architect responsible for transitioning Google’s fragmented "Ads and Cloud" offerings into a codified GTM strategy. You will lead the operationalization of the Ads and Cloud product suite to accelerate client adoption and utilization within Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS). You will navigate complex cross-functional boundaries between Global Business Organization (GBO) Ads and Google Cloud to deliver a "One Google" experience for enterprise Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs). You will also be a primary thought leader and partner to ALCS Product Go-To-Market (PGTM) Leads and Sales Leaders in determining what else ALCS sellers need across Ads and Cloud to effectively drive adoption with customers to grow customers', and Google's, business.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Canada: $194000 - $199000 (CAD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
US: $186000 - $270000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

- Define and launch the "Ads and Cloud" strategy, focusing on key products (Meridian Studio, Leapfrog, ADH) deployed on customer Cloud instances.
- Plan, implement and manage the "structural pass through" commercial framework and pricing model, ensuring seamless billing and contracting for Ads products built on Google Cloud.
- Ensure ALCS sales specialists responsible for Ads & Cloud have the necessary resources (e.g., lead lists, pitch decks, playbooks, training, incentives) to successfully sell Ads and Cloud solutions.
- Oversee the launch and measurement of Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) pilots in the Retail and Travel verticals to quantify impact on ads revenue.
- Act as the primary bridge between Ads Product, Cloud Engineering, gTech, and LCS leadership to ensure product gaps (Data and Creative) are identified and filled.
