We are looking for highly motivated individuals who have a passion for fitness, a teachable mindset, and a great attitude!
This is a sales and marketing position designed for fast track placement into management - no experience required! We teach everything in house and most of the training is hands-on. Daily sales training topics are taught including product knowledge pertaining to our facility and overall fitness and health.
Responsibilities:
1. Help potential members get started on a membership
2. Build value in having a healthy lifestyle through our sales process and having great product knowledge about fitness
3. Make calls to guests that are interested in the gym and schedule them to come in for a tour
4. Be able to generate our own leads through both internal and external marketing
5. Help keep the gym clean and organized
6. Build value in personal training in order to get our new members booked with one of our professionals to see further success in the gym
7. Build value in our new Pilates studio as a great supplement to each members’ exercise routine
Job type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000 to 110,000+ potential per year. Commissions are based on personal production.
