We are seeking a qualified Customer Merchandising Representative to help keep our business running through their skill, team-first approach, and customer service excellence. Customer Merchandising Representative is a key part of the engine that drives our consumer reach. Job duties include:

Serve/support internal and external customers.

Work directly with customers to ensure Plan-O-Gram, Backroom, and Merchandising Standards management is achieved.

Manage daily and weekly merchandising schedule.

Participate in team calls and meetings.

Complete required training and safety sessions.

Manage/utilize organization and selling tools through smart phone.

Microsoft Teams

Email and Calendar – Microsoft Outlook

Maintain close communication with Sales Manager and Customer Sales Representative.
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience with knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Strong communication skills

Multi-tasking and time management skills

High school degree

Documented and verifiable references/work history

Negative Drug/Alcohol screening results
