We're Building Our LPN Team Now for Upcoming High-Acuity Cases
Liberty Home Care is expanding into higher-acuity private-duty nursing through Liberty Advanced Nursing.
We are actively building our LPN team as we pursue high-acuity, longer-hour private-duty cases, including cases requiring 8-hour, 12-hour, overnight, and extended nursing coverage.
We do not currently guarantee cases, shifts, or hours. We're recruiting now so experienced high-acuity LPNs can be credentialed and ready when appropriate cases become available.
Keep Your Current Job
This is PRN. You do not need to leave your current nursing position.
Join Liberty's high-acuity PRN bench while maintaining your existing job and schedule.
When a case matches your clinical competencies, scope of practice, location, and availability, we'll contact you with the opportunity.
As Liberty grows, we're particularly interested in nurses who want the potential for substantial, ongoing private-duty cases rather than occasional short visits.
We're Especially Interested in LPNs With Experience In:
- Trach and ventilator care
- G-tube/J-tube and enteral feeding
- Suctioning and respiratory management
- Seizure management
- Medically complex pediatric or adult patients
- Private-duty nursing
- Long-term high-acuity home care
Experienced trach/vent LPNs are especially encouraged to apply.
Pay: $35–$42/Hour
Rates will depend on the specific case, acuity, required competencies, schedule and nurse experience.
Higher rates are intended for appropriately qualified nurses and cases requiring advanced high-acuity competencies.
What Happens After You Apply?
Apply → Interview → Clinical Screening → Credentialing → Join Our PRN Team → Be Ready for Matching Cases
We'll document your competencies, preferred locations, availability, and preferred shifts so we know who to contact when an appropriate case becomes available.
