ABOUT THE COMPANY
Bay Area Hyperbarics is a leading hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) clinic in Los Gatos, CA, serving patients across a wide range of indications—from post-surgical recovery and chronic wound care to traumatic brain injury, radiation damage, and longevity optimization. We are now expanding to a second location in Mountain View, CA, where we will open an integrative wellness facility that broadens our offering to include advanced therapeutic and aesthetic modalities: BTL EmSculpt Neo, Emsella, and ExoMind, alongside peptide therapy, red light therapy, and laser treatments. This expansion represents a significant step in our mission to deliver comprehensive, evidence-informed wellness care to the Bay Area, and we are building the marketing and sales infrastructure to match.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a driven, personable Marketing and Sales Associate to help grow THE company through provider partnerships, digital marketing execution, and direct patient sales. You will be focused on the front end of our growth engine: generating and nurturing referral relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers, amplifying our digital presence, and converting prospective patients into enrolled wellness program participants.
You will receive cross-training in our patient care coordinator workflows so you understand the full patient journey and can communicate credibly with both providers and patients. The ideal candidate combines creative marketing instincts with a closer’s mindset—equally comfortable crafting a social media campaign and sitting across from a prospective patient to walk them through a personalized wellness package.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Provider Referral Development
- Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, surgeons, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers in the South Bay and Peninsula
- Conduct in-person and virtual outreach visits to provider offices, presenting BAH’s treatment portfolio and clinical outcomes data
- Develop and distribute referral toolkits, clinical one-pagers, and co-branded materials for key referral partners
- Track referral pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue attributed to referral channels
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and NPs to ensure referral messaging is clinically accurate and appropriately positioned
Digital Marketing
- Support SEO strategy by contributing to blog articles, condition pages, and website copy in partnership with the Marketing Lead
- Create and schedule content that educates prospective patients, showcases clinical outcomes, and reflects the BAH brand voice
- Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns including patient newsletters, promotional announcements, and referral partner communications
- Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive patient acquisition; monitor performance and adjust targeting, creative, and spend accordingly
- Manage and grow Bay Area Hyperbarics’ presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Track and report on digital marketing KPIs including reach, engagement, click-through rates, cost per lead, and conversions
Wellness Package Sales
- Conduct consultations with prospective patients to understand their wellness goals and recommend appropriate treatment programs
- Present and sell customized wellness packages drawing from BAH’s full treatment portfolio, including HBOT, BTL modalities (EmSculpt Neo, Emsella, ExoMind), peptide therapy, red light therapy, and laser treatments, based on each patient’s individual goals
- Overcome objections with empathy and clinical knowledge; guide patients through pricing, packages, and available financing options
- Follow up with prospective patients via phone, text, and email to nurture leads and drive enrollment
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for wellness package enrollment and treatment revenue
Cross-Training & Clinic Fluency
- Complete structured cross-training in the patient care coordinator role to develop fluency in scheduling, intake workflows, insurance basics, and the day-to-day patient journey
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for prospective patients’ questions about treatment protocols, expected outcomes, and the clinic experience
- Collaborate closely with PCCs and clinical staff to ensure smooth handoffs from sales consultation to treatment enrollment
WHAT YOU BRING
Required
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, sales, healthcare business development, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and build lasting professional relationships
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and/or digital advertising campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to both patients and providers
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable learning and articulating clinical information in patient- and provider-friendly language
Preferred
- Experience in medical aesthetics, integrative health, physical therapy, or specialty healthcare
- Familiarity with paid search and social advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
- Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and healthcare content marketing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Experience working directly with referring physician offices, including front desk staff, medical assistants, and practice managers
- Demonstrated understanding of the factors that motivate medical office staff and providers to welcome specialty clinic representatives and refer patients—including how to communicate clinical value, build trust with gatekeepers, and sustain referral relationships over time
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or health sciences preferred
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
