Experienced TIG / Flux Core Welder
We are looking for dependable welders who can produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- 30-minute lunch
- Two paid 15-minute breaks
- Overtime available
- Up to 7 days per week during peak production
Responsibilities
- Perform TIG and/or Flux Core welding on various materials
- Read and interpret welding drawings and specifications
- Produce high-quality welds that meet company standards
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications
- Previous TIG or Flux Core welding experience required
- Must be able to pass a hands-on weld test
- Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a manufacturing or shop environment
