American Traveler is hiring a first-time-traveler-friendly RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring LDRP/postpartum experience and Epic proficiency, with night shifts and on-call responsibilities.

Labor and Delivery unit within a 109-bed short-term acute care hospital
-
LDRP setting serving labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients
-
Staffing follows AWHONN standards
-
Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
-
Every other weekend required
-
On-call required: up to one on-call shift per two weeks based on low census
-
Floating between all facilities within the state is expected
-
Block schedules are not required
-
Charting via Epic (experience required)
-
Scrubs are provided for this unit
-
Active Oregon (OR) RN license required
-
Minimum 2 years of L&D nursing experience required
-
LDRP and postpartum experience required
-
Epic EMR proficiency required
-
At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty and setting

SSN and DOB required for consideration

Active professional license at time of consideration

All required certifications must be current and on file

First-time travelers are welcome to apply

Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility

Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in assignment termination

Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; excessive RTO requests may impact placement
-
All RTO or scheduling requests must be communicated prior to submission, as post-offer requests may be denied
-
No parking fee at this facility
