Qualifications
- 30 Semester hours with 6 in ECE and 1 year experience
- Proven experience working with students, while creating a healthy environment for children
- Strong understanding of classroom management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
