About Us
Since 1981, Babb Financial Group has been guiding individuals, families, and business owners through life’s financial complexities. We believe planning isn’t about transactions — it’s about relationships. Our purpose is simple: we guide people to peace of mind, solve the hard problems, and provide a team clients can rely on.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Financial Planner who can connect easily with people, build lasting relationships, and thrive in a team-based environment. You’ll serve a large group of existing clients while assisting in onboarding new ones, working alongside senior advisors and our planning support team to deliver the Babb client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, engaging, and values collaboration — someone who clients feel comfortable with right away. Technical expertise matters, but just as important is your ability to communicate clearly, listen deeply, and guide clients with confidence and empathy.
