Senior Accountant who will play a critical role in supporting the company's continued expansion. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and financial analyses.

Own key balance sheet accounts and proactively resolve reconciling items.

Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and executive reporting packages.

Analyze financial results and provide variance explanations to management.

Support revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606 and SaaS-specific accounting requirements.

Partner with Sales Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure accurate contract accounting and revenue reporting.

Assist with stock-based compensation accounting and related reporting requirements.

Support external audits, technical accounting projects, and compliance initiatives.

Contribute to system enhancements, automation efforts, and process improvement initiatives that improve scalability and efficiency.

Help strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Participate in budgeting, forecasting support, and ad hoc financial analysis projects.

Serve as a resource for junior accounting team members and assist with mentorship and training.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

4+ years of progressive accounting experience.

Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.

Experience managing month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

SaaS, software, technology, or recurring revenue business experience preferred.

Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition standards strongly preferred.

Experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

CPA designation or progress toward certification preferred.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience with process improvement, automation, or systems implementations is a plus.
Base Salary: $100,000-$115,000
Bonus: Annual performance-based bonus
Equity: Stock option package
Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule in the Columbus, Ohio area
