Production & Logistics Support Associate
Location: Providence, RI
Pay Range: $18.50–$19.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 25–35 hours per week

Role Overview
Food Lab is a UK-based food manufacturing company known for producing high-quality syrups for cafes and restaurants. As part of our expansion into the U.S. market, we are operating our first American production facility in Providence, Rhode Island.
We are seeking a focused, reliable, and experienced Production & Logistics Support Associate to support material movement, warehouse organization, and day-to-day production needs.
This role is responsible for helping own the movement of materials between the warehouse and production floor. The ideal candidate must have forklift experience and be comfortable safely moving pallets, staging materials, organizing storage areas, and supporting production when needed.
The position will typically be around three days per week, with the possibility of additional hours when coverage is needed for call-outs, increased production demand, or other operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a forklift to move materials, pallets, ingredients, packaging, and finished goods
- Move materials from the warehouse to the production floor based on production needs
- Own the flow and organization of materials between warehouse, storage, and production areas
- Stage ingredients, packaging, pallets, and other materials for upcoming production runs
- Store incoming materials in the correct locations
- Move finished goods from the production floor to the warehouse or designated storage area
- Support production with bottling, capping, labeling, packing, and general floor tasks as needed
- Assist with basic inventory counts and material tracking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in warehouse, production, and storage areas
- Follow all food safety, GMP, safety, and company requirements
- Support other operational tasks as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- Forklift experience is required
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, food production, or similar environment preferred
- Comfortable owning material movement and working independently when needed
- Ability to safely move pallets and materials throughout the facility
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to approximately 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and sense of urgency
- Must be focused, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable supporting different areas of the operation depending on daily needs
- Food safety or GMP experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Basic math skills preferred
