Our leasing professionals receive all the professional tools necessary to succeed. We provide simple step by step tools to help you lease! If you think you have what it takes to become the best, we want to talk with you.

- An outgoing, sales-driven personality and competitive nature
- Ability to accurately and efficiently perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales
Environment
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills a MUST, both via telephone and in person.
- Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve and succeed.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office). OneSite experience a plus.
- Weekend work is sometimes required.
- Previous experience in apartment leasing and/or sales environments is
Highly preferred.
- College degree is a big plus!
