Marin Eyes is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be one of the first people our patients interact with, helping to create an outstanding experience from arrival through departure. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, welcoming and assisting patients, collecting and verifying insurance information, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the patient visit. This position will also support both patient check-in and check-out functions, with opportunities to learn additional areas of the practice over time.
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Experience scheduling appointments and verifying insurance benefits
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach to working with others
- A willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges
Experience in ophthalmology is a plus, but it is not required. We are committed to training the right individual.
