We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager 1A to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store on Depot Street in Latrobe.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
As a General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving operational success. You will be a key leader overseeing day to day activities, developing a high performing team, and implementing strategies to exceed sales targets while maintaining a top tier store environment. Responsibilities include:
Store Leadership: Lead, direct, and manage all store operations; ensure work tasks are delegated effectively; and set schedules to ensure full coverage and operational needs are met-
Customer Service: Oversee work to ensure the store remains clean and welcoming; ensure the team consistently delivers excellent customer service and meets business goals

Staff Development: Coach and motivate store staff, offer feedback, provide training, and encourage staff to grow in their roles

Store Operations: Manage inventory, drive sales initiatives, handle cash management, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to alcohol sales

Operational Coordination: Collaborate with broader management to develop and implement effective sales and operational strategies

Advance Teamwork: Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment where staff are engaged, motivated, and aligned with store objectives
Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment.

Work hours will vary, totaling 75 hours biweekly.
