As a Stand Manager, you are the face, heart, and leader of your stand. You’re responsible for daily operations, team development, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience—while protecting the culture that makes 7 Brew different.
What You’ll Do Team Leadership & Culture
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-energy team of Shift Leads and Brewistas
- Create a positive, welcoming environment where team members feel supported and motivated
- Model 7 Brew values and set the standard for kindness, energy, and accountability
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through hiring, training, and development
- Partner with your Regional Manager to grow future leaders and strengthen the bench
Operational Excellence
- Own day-to-day operations of the stand, including opening, closing, and shift execution
- Ensure consistent execution of operational systems, recipes, and brand standards
- Uphold food safety, cleanliness, and compliance at all times
- Manage labor scheduling, deployment, and shift coverage to meet business needs
- Support training, onboarding, and execution for new team members
Business Performance & Results
- Drive stand-level performance across key metrics including labor %, COGS, speed of service, and guest experience
- Review performance regularly and take action to improve results
- Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control
- Own stand profitability while delivering a best-in-class guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of leadership experience in QSR, food service, or high-volume retail
- Passion for people development and team culture
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead from the floor and work scheduled shifts as needed
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
