What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes to TotalCare Cleaning's quality standard
- Accept and complete jobs through our partner app
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Submit job photos through the app at completion
- Maintain your own supplies and transportation
What You'll Earn
You're paid a flat rate per job, not by the hour. You see the pay before you accept, and you take as many jobs as you want, when you want. No minimums, no pressure.
Fort Lauderdale partners average $25 to $29 an hour. Finish faster and your hourly goes up, because the job pays the same either way.
On top of every job:
- $8 gas stipend on every completed job. No receipts, no mileage logs.
- $15 bonus for every 5-star review, uncapped. Earn one on every job.

- Paid every Friday by direct deposit, covering the previous Monday through Sunday
What You'll Need
- Proven residential cleaning experience (professional or personal)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Lauderdale and Broward County
- Your own professional cleaning supplies and equipment
- $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance (most partners get it for around $40 to $60/month before their first job)
- A smartphone to manage your schedule and jobs
- Must pass a background check
