What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes to TotalCare's quality standard
- Accept and complete jobs through our partner app
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site
- Submit job photos through the app at completion
- Maintain your own supplies and transportation
What You'll Earn
You get paid per job. You accept as many jobs as you want, when you want — no minimums, no pressure. Partners in Fort Lauderdale typically average $27 to $39 per hour. Faster, more experienced partners earn more per hour because they finish sooner.

What You'll Need
- Proven residential cleaning experience (professional or personal)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Fort Lauderdale area
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- $1,000,000 commercial general liability insurance (most partners get it for around $40–$60/month before their first job)

- Must pass a background check
