Mounting & Lamination Technician (Overnight Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mounting & Lamination Technician to join our production team on the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both hot and cold lamination processes, mounting graphics to a variety of substrates, and operating professional finishing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
This position plays a key role in ensuring high-quality finished products while meeting production deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Perform hot and cold lamination on a wide variety of printed materials and substrates.
- Mount graphics to first-surface and second-surface applications with precision.
- Operate and maintain lamination equipment, including AGL Laminators and similar finishing systems.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards and accuracy.
- Read and follow work orders and production specifications.
- Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the finishing process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production schedules.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in mounting and lamination within the sign, graphics, or printing industry required.
- Experience operating AGL Laminators or comparable professional lamination equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to accurately mount graphics on a variety of rigid substrates.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple production priorities.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials on a regular basis.
- Ability to work safely in a production/manufacturing environment.

- 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
