This Isn’t Just a Front Desk Job. It’s a Critical Role in Patient Care, Practice Flow, and Helping People Feel Seen and Supported.
Whether a patient is calling for the first time or checking in for their tenth visit, you're the voice who makes them feel welcomed, remembered, and supported.
At Chesterton Physical Therapy, that voice could be yours.
We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who brings warmth, focus, and energy to every interaction. Someone who doesn’t just schedule appointments, but creates calm in the middle of a fast-paced day. Someone who doesn’t just answer phones, but becomes the reason patients stay consistent and committed to their care.
This role is not about punching the clock. It is about being the heartbeat of a clinic that believes in people-first care, strong communication, and a team that supports each other every day.
If you are organized, quick to learn, and thrive in an environment where no two days look the same, keep reading.
Why This Role Matters
You are the first impression. And the lasting one.
From that first nervous call to the final check-out, you guide patients through every step of their experience. You are the person who explains what happens next, keeps things running smoothly, and makes people feel like they are in the right place.
Our clinic is built on a family environment, high energy, and a patients-first culture. We move fast, support each other, and take pride in creating a space where both patients and team members feel taken care of.
If you love solving problems, staying organized, and being part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together, you will fit right in.
