What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, communication protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service and relay information to site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Document incidents, calls for service, visitor activity, and other security-related concerns with clear and timely reports for site records.

Coordinate responses to incidents, critical situations, and routine requests by dispatching the appropriate personnel and sharing accurate updates as conditions change.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related issues according to site policy.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.

Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.

Be 21+ years of age.
-
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
