We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as an Asphalt & Concrete Laborer. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with asphalt paving, concrete pouring, and finishing work
- Prepare job sites, including grading, forming, and cleanup
- Safely and efficiently operate tools and equipment
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in asphalt or concrete work is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
